Blogging from inside Facebook

So ...

Six Apart, the folks that created Moveable Type and all that fun stuff, has come up with a Facebook app that lets you post to all your blogs in one shot if you want to. Also includes the ability to update your daily status in Facebook, Twitter and Pounce if you use them as well.

Nice to have a single place to post when I want to update all the blogs at once with the same news.

New Widget

I've been using Goodreads for a while now and it really has made it much easier for me to keep track of exactly what I'm reading in a given year. You'll notice the little widget on the sidebar there... that's my current list of books read for 2008 and it'll update as I add books to the shelf over at Goodreads.

I'm not reading as much as I used to when I was younger, but I'm still managing my occasional spurt where I read more than one book a month.

Will I review any of them here? Perhaps if the mood strikes me.

Well, with LJ under new ownership that tends to make changes like a thief in the night, I thought it might be worth looking into new blogging options. I used to have a couple of blogger accounts waaaaay back in the day, but I can't remember the login info for them so I had to start over again.

Things you might see here include random blathering, the occasional book or movie review (I am not a professional by any means), and more random blathering.

That being said, if anything you read here offends you then just move along. Thanks.
